I used to spend hours scrolling and comparing my life to everyone else's highlight reel. Everyone seemed further ahead: better jobs, better relationships, better bodies. I would go to sleep feeling like a failure every single night.
I didn't delete everything, but I unfollowed accounts that made me feel small and set my phone to grey after 9pm. It sounds tiny, but within a few weeks I noticed I was kinder to myself.
I'm still working on it. Some days are hard. But I'm learning that my worth isn't something I have to earn by keeping up with strangers.
